Is there any sugar in the ToYou Bars?

There are natural sugars from the dried fruit, chips and the brown rice syrup.These usually range from 8 to 13 grams per serving.

Is there Whey or Tofu in the ToYou bars?

We do not include Whey or Tofu ingredients in our bars.

Are ToYou bars cooked?

No, we simply combine dried fruit and mixed nuts along with organic brown rice syrup to pull everything together.
